If you live in an area which you feel to be unsafe, please contact us and request a signature on delivery. If your item is delivered to the address you’ve provided and goes missing, this is your responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for covering the costs.

This service is $14 anywhere in Australia.

This service is $19- 28 and will be calculated depending on your shipping zone.

It is the receivers responsibility to have a safe place for the parcel to be delivered. There is no signature on delivery with this service. If you would like to add a signature on delivery with this service please contact us and we can do so for an additional $6 AUD.

International Shipping rate is between $28- $45 and will be calculated depending on your shipping zone.

LOCAL PICKUP

We have moved our warehouse to Burringbar so if this is suitable for you, please get in touch and we can arrange a local pick up for free.

PACKAGING

We take great care in every part of our packaging process. We are proud to say we use zero plastic in both packaging our products and shipping them to our customers.

Our boxes, bags and tissue paper are all Australian Made in 100% post consumer recycled paper/ card. Our business cards and swing tags are locally printed on 100% recycled card.

Our shipping bags are paper, with recycled paper padding to keep your jewels safe in transit.

All our packaging can be re-used or recycled and we ask that you help us to continue the sustainable practice by either re-using or recycling the packaging when you no longer need it.

SHIPPING TERMS

Your items will be wrapped in all natural packaging (recycled paper and card- no plastic) and shipped from us to you. You will be sent an email notification with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on it during transit. Please be aware that once the item has been shipped it is the responsibility of the postal system and the customer and Two In The Sun can not be held accountable for the costs of lost orders.

Of course, in the unlikely event that a package has gone missing we will do all that we can to retrieve it for you, which may take up to 60 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

If you don't love your product and you want to send it back, that's ok! Just make sure you let us know within 5 days of receiving your item if you want to return it. You'll need to cover the postage back to us, and once the package has arrived safely back to us, we can send out the item you wish to exchange it for, or give you a credit note to use towards the next thing you would like within 6 months.

If you find that your product is somehow faulty, please let us know immediately and we will replace it immediately. We will cover all postage costs.

Please ensure your packaging is at the same standard as when it was sent to you as you will be responsible if anything arrives to us that has been damaged during postage.
Please make sure you have tracking on your returned package so you know if it has gone missing. Two In The Sun can not be held responsible if you send a package back that goes missing.
